Charles Neal Interiors offers a streamlined ordering process "to the trade" for designers and architects across the country. Many smaller design firms today do not have "trade" accounts set up with each manufacturer, or have the time and staff to expedite the orders, or set up minimums that are required by the vendors to obtain an account.. This is why many design professionals choose the convenience of easy ordering.

Charles Neal Interiors can act as an extension of your design office allowing you to do what you do best…design. Charles Neal Interiors will process all purchasing paperwork, expedite your order to your detailed specifications, and coordinate freight & delivery to your location or your client's office or residence.

Our processing fee is 20% over our designer wholesale net cost. Plus in many cases when making an out-of-state purchase, your order may be sales tax exempt, (please supply your resellers tax exempt certificate for this). For your confidence, all merchandise is safely backed by the manufacturers warranty and is fully insured during shipping.

In order to obtain a Trade Account with Charles Neal Interiors, you must first submit a copy of your business license and resellers certificate. We will be happy to provide pricing and availability beforehand, however before eligibility to order or process your request, you must be approved for Trade Accounts by contacting our office for an application.

When requesting quotes. Please provide us with as much information as possible (i.e. manufacturer’s name, collection, product number and desired finish). This will help us expedite your request in a timely manner. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, it may take up to three days to receive a response.
